WSource Group LLC and its division Incre™ Capital are engaged in the business of leasing, capital funding and other commercial credit transactions (collectively "Commercial Credit"). WSource Group LLC is not a financial institution. Before, during and after a Commercial Credit transaction you may submit and transmit business and personal information to us, our affiliates or our third party funding sources. Before, during and after a Commercial Credit transaction we may submit, transmit, analyze, store, share, report and securely destroy business and personal information and data related to your business and you personally to affiliates, non-affiliates, our assigns, designated agents and/or our third party funding sources. This section of our Privacy Notice applies to how we treat the information that relates to Commercial Credit transactions.

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we send a notice similar to this electronic version. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this Notice. However, you can contact us at anytime to limit our sharing.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We authorize our employees to access your information only when they need it to do their work, and we require companies that work with us related to your business to protect your information.

Affiliates - Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Our affiliates include companies with a WSource® name and divisions such as Incre™ Capital.
Non-Affiliates - Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint Marketing - A formal agreement between non-affiliated companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include categories of companies such as insurance companies, investment banks, hedge funds and third party funding sources.
