When the log trucks stop rolling, plants close, trains get shorter and our economy slows to a crawl, it is time to look at every asset your company has access to from new and opportunistic vantage points.  That is our approach.  Water has no substitute, demand is not slowing, and supply is not growing.  In fact, it is believed that the world’s current demand for fresh water will double in only 20 years.

If you are a private landowner, plant operator, railroad, golf course management company, farmer, rancher, manufacturer or mining company, you own or have access to the more obvious and valuable water resources like wells, water rights, and surface waters.  All of which are valuable to your business and its ability to operate.  Many water resources also have untapped value, alternative uses, and transfer value depending on the jurisdiction, applicable programs and local demand.  Whether your business is operating at 100% capacity or may be shutting down or selling off less productive assets, do not turn off the water before we take a look.  We will work hard to unearth viable opportunities to retain or beneficially transfer those water resources.
