EXPERTISE

Mr. Fiveash represents individuals, businesses, and governments in complex civil, criminal, and administrative Clean Water Act and water resource and rights investigations, court cases, and enforcement actions. He is experienced at handling all aspects of permitting and enforcement of the Clean Water Act, including wetlands, stormwater, industrial and wastewater discharges, and general water quality issues.
